KOMPAS.com - Nine designer who joined the show of Indonesian Fashion Designers Association Entrepreneur (APPMI) held a fashion show for Cocktail Wear collection in the event Jakarta Fashion & FoodFestival 2011 in Ballroom Harris Hotel, Jakarta, Thursday (5/19/2011)ago. They are Harry Lam, Jimmy Fei-fei, Rebecca Ing, Rudy Liem,Melia Wijaya, Hartono Gan, cousin, Jazz Pasay, and Grace Fenny.
Cocktail dress, which generally have a knee-length to near the ankle(tea length), in their designs appear in the form with A-line minidressand H-line (Harry Lam), micro-mini dresses and blouse models A Line,dress with fit and flare silhouette, mermaid, and slim line (Jazz Pasay),or a midi skirt (half calf) with fit and flare silhouette, with elements ofclothing that is clean, neat, and well-patterned, which inspired the style of Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy of the 90's (Hartono Gan).
